East Arlington Family Support Center.The East Arlington Family Support Center is a community-based program whose goal is to ensure the healthy development and growth of young children by supporting their families and the communities in which they live. In order to do this, the Family Support Center focuses on the family as a whole by working with all the individuals in a family.
